  3.  This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you
  4.  and the author of the software product. With installing, copying
  5.  or any other usage of this software product you agree to the
  6.  terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this
  7.  agreement you are not allowed to use or copy this software
  8.  product. Further you are engaged to remove the software product
  9.  from you computer.

  13.  You may copy the program, share it with any
  14.  person or public it on BBS'es, web sites, ftp servers, CD-ROM's and
  15.  other freely, if no files of this software product package was changes.
  16.  This license agreement is valid until it is terminated. You can
  17.  terminate it at any time by deleting and removing the software.
  18.  Regardless of other rights the author of the software product is
  19.  allowed to terminate this license agreement if you offend against the
  20.  determinations and conditioans of this agreement. If so, you will
  21.  have to remove all copies of the software products and its
  22.  components.

  44.  work while normal usage on compatible equipment. Regarding to
  45.  the complexibility of computer software we can not guarantee that

  47.  without intermissions on any equipment and software
  48.  configuration or that it can fulfil any other of your needs. So
  49.  the software and the documentation are distributed in the state
  50.  as present and you accept all risks with the usage. The author
  51.  does not take any warranty either express or implied to the
  52.  software or the documentation about its fitness generally or its
  53.  qualification for special purposes execpt those warranties that
  54.  have to be applied through obliged laws and that cannot be
  55.  excluded. You know that you have to regually backup your data
